How to Use

Traditional Oil Preparation (150ml)

Boil the milk in a pan and let it cool

Take 100 gm powdered herbs used for decoction

Add 500 ml of water to the powder and boil

Boil till it reduces to only 125 ml (¼th of original volume)

Filter the decoction and keep it aside

Mix decoction with 150ml Sesame oil & 300ml Milk (Goat milk preferred)

Boil mixture until water evaporates (no cracking sound means it's ready)

Boil for an hour on low flame for best results

Cool down and preserve in a glass bottle

Mix powder with rose water or milk to create a paste
