Hassle-free returns for damaged or incorrect items.

1. Return Eligibility

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods such as food or certain health products cannot be returned once the seal is broken for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
